Tell us a little about yourself!

Currently a digital nomad! Have been traveling for the past 2 years to see the world. I am a social media manager and agency owner, love to travel, ski, play tennis, take hot girl walks, and I'm type A so I LOVE good planner!

Walk us through your ritual step by step.

When I’m traveling, I have a few non-negotiables that keep me anchored no matter what city or time zone I’m in: daily movement, water + vitamins, kindle reading at night, and setting my 3 goals for the next day before bed. It’s my way of creating consistency inside a very inconsistent schedule!!

Why is this ritual meaningful to you?

I used to just wing it traveling and felt SO unstable, grumpy, groggy haha. So it was trial by error! These small anchors help me feel like me no matter where I am. Grounded. In a good rhythm.

Any favorite products, tools, or resources you use in your ritual?

  • Pen and paper or a notes app for my brain dump

  • Google Calendar to time-block my week, as I navigate my top 3 tasks for the next day

  • A cozy lofi playlist for deep work

  • My weekly planner!

What advice would you give someone looking to create a similar ritual?

Start small and make it realistic. You don’t need a 12 step routine. Pick 3 simple steps you can repeat every week, like: morning walk, evening reading, and choosing your top 3 priorities the night before.
