Morning routine
Walk us through your ritual step by step.
Waking up and taking a moment to just breathe and visualize my day. Naturally, I wake up between 5:00-5:30 a.m., pour myself a glass of water, and sit.
Why is this ritual meaningful to you?
Helps me clear my mind and set a positive intention for the day.

What advice would you give someone looking to create a similar ritual?
Just do it!
