Berry Lime Chia Pudding
This sweet and tart berry chia pudding is full of fiber and protein to keep you satisfied and is great for a grab-and-go breakfast on busy mornings.

Cook time: 2 hours - overnight
Ingredients
6tbsp chia seeds
2tbsp hemp seeds
1 1/2c unsweetened almond milk (or any other nut milk you prefer)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Zest and juice from 1 lime
Raspberries, blackberries, and pistachios for topping
Instructions
In a large dish, whisk together the chia seeds, hemp seeds, milk, protein powder, and lime. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours and up to overnight. (I like to shake the dish every now and then while it’s chilling so the chia seeds don’t stick to the bottom.)
When you’re ready to eat, top with berries and pistachios
